1. Purpose Deaplement (Brothers Corporation) ("Deaplement" or "Company") processes users' personal information in accordance with the following laws:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Order information
  • Text and data uploaded or transmitted to the Princess AI application
  • Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Developer Identifier (IDVF), IP address

Your personal information is processed for the following purposes:

The Company retains personal information until the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. After achieving the purpose, it is destroyed without delay.

AI applications may use AI-generated images of adolescents and children. We clarify the following regarding this:

  1. Nature of Images: All images of individuals, including adolescents and children, used in the application are AI-generated virtual images. These images DO NOT REPRESENT OR DEPICT any specific, real individuals.
  2. Purpose: These AI-generated images are used solely for purposes such as explaining the service's features or providing examples.
  3. Preventing Misunderstandings: To prevent users from misunderstanding these images as real individuals, we clearly indicate within the application that the images are AI-generated.
  4. User Responsibility: Users should not misuse AI-generated images or misrepresent them as real individuals.
